Michael G. Anderson grew up in the real estate business. His father worked in commercial real estate development, while his mother worked in residential real estate sales. Early in his career, Michael focused on flipping luxury homes – over 50 total – due to the crippled housing market. This experience laid a solid foundation for analyzing markets, estimating construction/renovation costs, marketing homes, and managing the ins and outs of the real estate transaction process. Once the housing market recovered, Michael went to graduate school at the University of San Diego where he earned his Masters of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree. Upon graduating, Michael joined his mother and brother to form The Anderson Estates Team, where he focuses on the Santaluz, Carmel Valley, Del Sur, and Del Mar areas of San Diego County. Since 2016, they have sold over $200 million worth of real estate. Michael is an exceptional communicator and loves negotiating deals to help people find the home they are looking for. When time allows, Michael enjoys golfing, wake surfing, traveling, watching sports, and trying new restaurants in the San Diego area.
